Job Details:
This position is responsible for providing supervision, training and counsel to security personnel and managing routine and non-routine conflict incidents and other situations at CCAD.Duties and Responsibilities:
Directs and evaluates the performance of security personnel
Performs duties in high-pressure situations that require immediate response and appropriate action
Assists with establishing work schedules based on manpower availability, posts to be covered and other factors impacting operational needs
Participates in performance management and employee counseling
Provides assistance to security personnel and monitors performance standards
Maintains a knowledge of relevant laws and regulations for police and security conduct
Experience:
Minimum of three to five (3-5) years full-time law enforcement experience is required
Knowledge of laws relating to arrest, search and seizure
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is required
Health care industry experience is preferred
Managerial and/or supervisory experience is preferred
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement, or related field, is preferred
