Security Project Manager , G4S China Beijing

Objective
The main function of East & Central China Project Manager is to report to the East & Central China manager in all operational matters. In particular, he/she is to oversee and manage the area of operations for man security service operation in East & Central China to meet with client needs and to improve overall operational efficiencies of the company. He/she is also responsible for maintaining very close links with both the client and the man security team on site and/or key contracts, as directed. His/her duty also generally involves supporting to the East & Central China Sales team in setting up contracts & temporary work and to follow up on the provision of total quality service through operation excellence that MSS aims to provide to clients throughout the duration of contract period.

Accountabilities
Responsible for MSS operations in allocated regions in East & Central China
To follow up and report on client’s complaints to NC operation manager as directed, and to quickly and effectively respond to the complaints as directed.
To regular and frequent visits to sites to ensure that the quality of service is maintained.
To join the investigation of client incidents, to follow up and provide reports to clients on all incidents on sites.
Maintains and updates Posts Standing Orders as directed by NC operation manager.
To support the Sales & Marketing to build and sign off on quotations and service orders up to appropriate levels with respect to costing, pricing and profit margins.
To work with both client and the Sales & Marketing Department to foster close relationship with existing and potential customers. Seeks to gain new or enhanced new business.
Responsible for the deployment, maintenance, inventory and repair of all MSS equipment in NC MSS.
To handle disciplinary matters, as directed, for all security officers found to be in contraventions of company policy and Post Standing Orders.
Setting up temporary/contract work as directed.
To arrange sufficient, qualified manpower on site by working closely with both Human Resources Department and client on recruiting & selection, deployment and daily shift arrangement.
To execute the company polices or regulations by passing and/or collecting relevant materials to/from site staffs
Provide regular training to operation supervisor or site staffs to achieve operation excellence
Collect payment to shorten DSO (Debit Sales Outstanding)

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
College or University education or higher
At least 5 years experience in Security or other service industries including 3 years management experience –preferably gained in police or armed forces.
Possession of Valid Security Master Certificate is preferred.
Very good people-management skills.
Customer services focus, and detailed oriented
Solid, accountable, innovative and focus on executions
Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven problem solving skills and the ability to cultivating customer relationships and contracts.
Able to priorities, delegate and monitor tasks effectively.
Good command of oral and written English
Computer literacy
Understanding of customer service programs
