Job Description
Due to continued growth in the West Africa region, Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. seeks experienced security leaders to serve as Country Managers in various countries in the West Africa region.
The Country Manager directs the performance and all aspects of the local company, including Security
Operations, Business Development, Finance, Human Resources and Legal. There is a two year performance contract, and the position reports to Inter-Con’s corporate headquarters in Pasadena, California.
Requirements include bi-lingual English and French skills and a minimum of 10 years security/military experience, including management of 300+ personnel. Candidates must have a successful record of company management/business unit leadership with full P&L responsibilities.
Competitive salary is based on qualifications and experience plus ex-patriate income tax advantage. Quarterly and annual performance bonus potential of 20% of salary. Benefits include medical and housing stipends, company vehicle, paid vacation travel, relocation expenses.
