About the Job
This role is responsible to provide administrated and operational support within the security department, ensure that security documents are maintained and appropriate data in regards of the department activities is collected.

Key Accountabilities
To provide administration support to Head of Corporate Security to ensure security documents are revised as required.
Preparation of files and other material within the department.
Collecting and recording of day to day security activities throughout Air Arabia network of operations.
Preparation of files and other material for department’s administration.
Collecting information of all daily records of incidences/occurrences within the departments systems.
Preparing training material and revising the existing training material.
Maintain effective liaison with outstations and ensures that requested mandated security information from station is delivered.
Liaising with GCAA and other departments on any follow-ups.
Taking, writing and distributing minutes of meetings as directed by the Head of Corporate Security
Miscellaneous jobs like ordering Stationary / business cards and coordination for departments activities.
Maintain record on assessed threats & risk for outstations as directed by Head of Corporate Security.
Disseminate appropriate security documents throughout Air Arabia network of operations

Qualifications/Skills
Higher Secondary or equivalent
Proficient in English
Computer literacy with manual writing skills preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Aviation Security training
At least 3 years’ experience in Aviation field
