The Role
High Risk Role
Within HSBC certain roles are designated as High Risk Roles. High Risk Roles are those where employee malpractice could lead to significant financial and/or reputational damage through internal fraud, data loss, bribery or the leaking of confidential information. Provide communication regarding physical security and BCP.
Increase number of meetings with top management and level down.
Provide information concerning security to the concerned parties.
Leadership & Teamwork

Act as the backup of the SFR Manager when required.
Operational Effectiveness & Control

Ensure compliance to group standards regarding Physical security and BCP Plan.

Major Challenges

Ensure the implementation of BCP Plan and conduct contingency exercises.
Ensure that all Security Measures are adopted as per group standards within a pre-set budget

Principal Accountabilities

Internal Business Process

To be alert to operational risks and losses during the execution of their day to day responsibilities.
Should an employee become aware of emerging or inadequately controlled operational risk or identify an operational risk loss, they must report this to their line manager, ensuring that it is reported to their local Operational Risk Coordinator

Requirements
Knowledge & Skills
Graduated.
At least 2 Years experience in the same field.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent English, Arabic and French.
Broad military and/or physical security experience
Pro-active and energetic individual
Contacts and knowledge of local Algerian community is desirable
