Qualifications :-
Have working experience in Loss Prevention, Accident Investigation, Security Investigation and Law Enforcement, preferably within Warehouse and Transport environment
Proficient in English language both written and spoken skills is required
Have own car with driving license, able to travel between sites or upcountry promptly and 24 hours stand by
Have knowledge of investigation steps and investigation techniques
Strong analytical, problem solving skills and commander personality
Good command of computer skills especially MS Office
Based at Head Office, Bangkok
Responsibilities :-
Manage personnel and associated resources providing operational investigation and support in relation to cases of theft, property damage and general crime.
Take command at major crime investigations and assist business unit security managers in preparing and coordinating resources.
Maintain a broad and current knowledge of pertinent Thai legislation, company operational policy and procedures in accordance with action plans.
Ensure the professional and personal development of staff, and attend to discipline and as far as reasonable practicable ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of personnel is maintained.
Assume responsibility for inspection and security of all operated areas within each business operation incorporating random auditing of site procedures and personnel.
Undertake training of security personnel where necessary (company / sub-contractor) and delivery continuous improvement strategies.
Manage all aspects of internal CCTV – (serviceability, governance)
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and customers to achieve Linfox objectives.
Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of action plans.
Actively promote and participate in company and customers interaction towards the cooperative achievement of business objectives.
Continually develop practices and processes aimed at improving the reduction of theft across the business.
Foster amicable working relationships with company and customers
