Mission Training Complex (MTC) Manager

RTSC has a requirement for a Mission Training Complex (MTC) Manager with US Army Battle Command Training Center (BCTC) experience for the Warrior Mission Planning and Rehearsal Complex at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The MTC Manager must be United States citizen with proof of citizenship and current
U.S. passport.
Job Description:
The MTC Manager will work directly under the supervision of the Warfighter FOCUS (WFF) / Warrior Training Alliance (WTA) Country Manager at Camp Buehring, Kuwait and will supervise MET, M-MOUT, and MILES / TES Maintainers and Trainers. The MTC Manager will also provide contract oversight for virtual, constructive and gaming simulations, MSTC and EST Trainers, as well as COFT and EST maintenance personnel. The MTC Manager will also perform site management tasks to meet contract performance.

Required Hours:
Work may include nights, holidays, and weekends on short notice. Standard will be to conduct training six (6) days per week for up to eight (8) hours per day while at OCONUS work site(s) and a standard 40 hour work week while at CONUS work sites.

Responsibilities:
The MTC Manager shall be responsible for the following:
· Design and develop the exercise models based on the provided scenarios to support LTP and CPX events.
· Coordinate with the LTP Plans and Operations facilitator for exercise scenarios.
· Coordinate scheduling, facility operations, training, maintenance and repair.
· Develop and publish safety, security and operational procedures.
· Manage the schedule of all Virtual, Constructive and Gaming devices and trainers.
· Ensure the Constructive and Gaming Facilities are operational and ready for training on the scheduled day.
· Provide weekly reports on the operational and maintenance status of all devices.
· Provide weekly reports capturing the number of soldiers trained on each training (TADSS) device.
· Provide short and long range training schedules to the WFF/WTA Country Manager for inclusion in the overall training and exercise synchronization matrix.

Required Qualifications:
· Previous military experience as a FA 57 staff officer.
· Modeling and Simulation experience in designing and developing exercise models to support CPX and integrated live, constructive and gaming training events.
· Experience working in a Battle Command Training Center.
· Experience with virtual training devices, i.e., MET, EST 2000, Conduct of Fire Trainers (COFT), VBS-2.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to work under challenging deadlines.
· Able to work closely with other team members, Customers, and End Users.
· Possess knowledge and technical expertise in the use of all Microsoft Office Suite.
· Be willing to travel within USCENTCOM AOR.
· Must be willing travel MILAIR and wear protective clothing and equipment as required.

Desired Qualifications:
· Experience as a Site lead for a Battle Command Training Center (BCTC).
· Previous experience working on a US government contract in Southwest Asia.
· CGSC or ILE graduate or equivalent schooling or higher.
· Knowledge of military training methodologies.
· Experience with current US Army Battle Command Systems.

Required Education:
· Must have a Bachelors degree and 6 years of related work experience. 8 years equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement.

Contractor personnel shall comply with all theater command policies, regulations, and General Orders. All tours are unaccompanied.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. SECRET Security Clearance.
