Relevant National Diploma or equivalent Experience:
3 Years investigating experience.

Key Responsibilities
Crime Investigations
Planning the application and techniques for investigating crime related incidents
Ensuring objectivity and compliance to ethical and legal conduct in investigations
Applying effective crime investigative techniques in the recovery of distribution assets to minimise financial losses
Developing report on incidents, accidents and make recommendations on future prevention.
Ensuring report verification and following up for finalisation and hand over to relevant customer
Ensuring confidentiality in the handling and reporting of investigations
Performs crime prevention
Proactively implementing relevant preventative measures to minimise crime related risks
Creating security risk awareness within the region when and where needed.
Providing inputs and identifying core reasons for criminal activities and make recommendations
Evaluating protection status on high crime sites and premises and make recommendations
Provide input into the development and performance of crime awareness programmes.
Stakeholder liaison
Liaising with and support law enforcement agencies and judiciary to ensure effective prosecution.
Liaising with relevant industries with common interest in terms of losses for possible solutions
Linking and providing input into forums aimed at attending to crime incidents prevalent in the region.
Providing feedback and advice on incident, accidents or disciplinary and other relevant investigations.
