About The Job
IDS International is seeking French-speaking candidates to fill an immediate requirement for trainers in support of the African-led International Support Mission to Mali (AFISMA). Trainers will deploy to various Francophone countries in West Africa to train host-nation militaries.
About Your Company’s Desired Applicant for the Job

Requirements:
• Must have 5 years training and experience as a field medic with the Army or as hospital corpsman serving with US Marine Corps.
• Must have reached rank of E-5 or above.
• Proficiency in French must equal or exceed 2/2 fluency based on the Defense Language Proficiency Test.
Duties:
• Plan, design and conduct pre-deployment field medic training (FMT) training for approximately twenty (20) select host nation personnel with previous training in medical specialties over a period of ten (10) training days.
• Provide focused, hands-on instruction emphasizing the skills necessary to perform lifesaving treatment of personnel injured during the conduct of peace support operations.
