We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified professional for the position of Security Supervisor for our Northampton site. The role will be reporting into the General Manager and will be accountable for preventing risk to the business and leading by example on providing our customers with an exciting and positive customer experience. Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the safety and comfort of patrons and employees whilst promoting Aspers reputation for
honesty and integrity
Ensuring that the gaming environment operates in accordance with relevant legislation
Contributing to the profitability and administrative management of the security function.
Scheduling the needs of the department; manage return to works; manage performance related paperwork as well as develop strategic business relationships to enhance the profile of the department.
Selection Criteria
A valid SIA License is essential
A minimum of 2 years security experience in an entertainments culture is desirable
A minimum of 1 year experience supervising or managing a team is desirable
Onternal applicants must have attained a score of 3 or 4 in their annual PES
