Regional Senior Manager - Security Operations , Hong Kong

Position Description
• This position directs and develops a high performing team to conduct corporate investigations, audit the performance of the Global Sourcing anti-corruption program in factories/suppliers globally.
• Manages regional team and verifies quality of investigative reports.
• Provides anti-corruption CAP requirements consultation and training for senior leadership at suppliers/factories, and audit/inspection vendors on a global basis.
• Uses the anti-corruption and fraud prevention measures contained with AFCE requirements to change behaviors related to corruption at the supplier and factory level.
• Identifies trends in corruption behaviors at the factory/ supplier level and recommends changes to the anti-corruption program to senior leaders with Global Sourcing
• This position involves working closely with cross functional peers within Global Sourcing to achieve success.
• The sr. manager/director has a great deal of autonomy for making operational decisions after consultation with a Supervisor
• Assesses and directs the teams responsible for conducting investigations, assessing anti-corruption program compliance at suppliers/factories, partners and audit/inspection vendors.
• Ownership and responsibility for investigative reports, designing and implementing anti-corruption training for suppliers/factories, partners and audit/inspection vendors.
• Aligns with Global Sourcing, Ethical Sourcing, QA, QC, SCS, and Corporate Ethics to develop appropriate training tools and measurements for monitoring anti-corruption compliance.
• Directs the auditing of anti-corruption program by suppliers, factories, third party partners and audit/inspection vendors .
• Provides strategic leadership and makes recommendations to senior leadership for program changes based upon the results of investigations and internal review.
• Responsible for developing and communicating anti-corruption program documentation within Global Sourcing, Corporate Ethics and with business partners (i.e. merchants).
• Enhances cross functional partnerships via regular senior level communication and the creation of meaningful and timely anti-corruption compliance metrics.
• Enhances investigation reports by improving quality, verifying reporting content and training investigators.
• This position works closely with senior level cross-functional teams to design and implement business process behavior changes at the factory/supplier, partner and audit/inspection firm level. .
• The associate will travel internationally as required on both investigations and anti-corruption program initiatives.

• English and Mandarin language skills at the 3/3 level at a minimum
• Progressively responsible business experience at the management level
• At least 24 months experience leading / supervising / managing people

• Adaptable to dynamic change environment
• Systems skills – (Retail Link and GSS knowledge)
• Demonstrated strong work ethic
