Counterintelligence Screener

STS International, Inc is seeking Counterintelligence Screeners to support Counterintelligence teams and operations in Afghanistan.
Clearance Requirement: Secret clearance

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducts screening on both Host Country Nationals (HCN)s and Third Country Nationals (TCN)s for access to military base camps to recommend access or denial of access in accordance with established SOPs, and must adhere to the standards and procedures set out in Human Intelligence Collector Operations.
The screener will coordinate and work in conjunction with base level force protection and strategic force protection operations to conduct interviews, collect biometrics data, review data collected and cross-reference intelligence collection priorities and plans, input collected data and analysis/assessments into appropriate databases, websites and portals, and support other force protection and intelligence activities.

Minimum/General Experience:
Minimum of two years experience required;
Must have experience with screening, screening tasks, and/or investigative questioning techniques and knowledgeable of SIPRNet search engines and database retrieval tools such as QueryTree and M3.
DoD civilian equivalent to one of the following: 35L/M, 351L/M, 180A, 18F, 35E Strategic Debriefer or an individual with a similar skill set.
Deployed experience is preferred.

Additional Candidate Requirements:
Candidates must be willing to work in Afghanistan and live in austere conditions (including extreme heat and desert climates) for up to one year with a possibility of extension.
Danger, stress, physical hardships and possible field living conditions associated with this position.
Willing to work a 12-hour shift, 7 days a week for extended periods
Ability to pass a health and welfare screening and meet requirements as stated in FM 3-100.21, “Contractors on the Battlefield.”
Poses a current United States passport.
Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 40 pounds or more.
