ASSISTANT SECURITY MANAGER - Sham Tseng (5-day week)
Assist the Estate Manager in supervising a security team for the daily operation and administration
Duties include budget planning, liaison with owners/tenants, complaints / emergency cases handling, monitoring of contractors’ performance, supervising and providing training to the security personnel, etc
Attending emergency calls and I.O. meeting after normal working hours are necessary
Diploma in related disciplines with at least 7 years’ experience in the security field, of which 5 years at supervisory level
Holders of Security Personnel Permit and possess good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Mature, independent and having strong interpersonal and communication skills
